STANDARD ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:

We accept exchanges postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges must be returned unworn with the original tags still attached. 

We unfortunately don't accept exchanges on sale items, earrings, undergarments or bodysuits. 

Shipping costs 

Once our exchange department has received your return, please allow for a 48 hour processing window. You will receive an email confirming your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.

HOLIDAY GIFTING RETURN POLICY:

Beginning December 1, 2023, returns will be accepted if postmarked before January 5, 2023. All tags must be attached to merchandise.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?:

To exchange items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, ship in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your exchange, it will be processed within 2 business days. After your exchange is processed you will receive an email with a store credit for the amount of your returned item(s) and any applicable taxes and directions on how to obtain that credit.
