THE START UP
After college, Haley returned to Davenport, Iowa in the fall of 2016 with an idea.
After spending almost 10 years in Colorado, where innovation was the new trend, Haley picked up on this mentality and grew her vision into a modern mobile shop.
For the first two years of business, Haley took her refurbished trolley bus all over Iowa/Illinois to street festivals and private events providing a unique shopping experience for mass audiences.

FIRST BRICK AND MORTAR
In early 2019, Thirteen West was relocated to North Carolina.
Haley's dream of making the east coast home had been something on her mind for many years.
She found a starter shop in a quaint little town, Carrboro, North Carolina (opening in June of 2019).

CURRENT SHOP HAPPENINGS
After 2020/21 brought everyone an unexpected roller coaster, we challenged ourselves to think about business with a new outlook + build a better brand durning this unpredictable time. We are happy to announce we expanded the shop in October of 2021 into our current space, in the same mall, three doors down from our first little shop in Carr Mill Mall.
